Manufacturing process

  This type of metal balanced weave belt is the most common. It is made from flat spirals of left and right directions, connected by corrugated or straight rods. The edges are processed in two ways, depending on the operating conditions or technological needs: argon welding or creating a “U” bend.



• Design features

  The use of a corrugated rod allows the spiral turn to stay in place regardless of external impacts on the mesh. When using a straight rod, it becomes possible to use larger diameters of the rod itself, as its production does not involve corrugation, and to use spirals with a small pitch and large wire diameters.

    The metal mesh belt is used in various industrial sectors, including: cooling products, handling tin, plastic, and glass containers, drying, transporting solid materials, canning and lime production, the woodworking industry, and more.
